Jenny Jung is a UX/UI designer who works with clients to help them create exceptional experiences. 

After teaching English to highly demanding clients for 5 years, Jenny knows how to truly satisfy clients by designing lesson plans, researching latest education trends, and empathizing with students who had difficulty in studying. The desire to help her clients and get to know them more deeply led her to the world of UX design and taught her how to see from their perspectives. By adding the experience in Springboard, Jenny believes good designs always come from empathy and inspiration for users. 

Jenny mastered skills in information architecture, sketching and wireframing, prototyping and testing, and product lifecycle. Jenny is a trained UX/UI designer with completion of 4 in-depth portfolio projects. 

Jenny holds a BA in American Studies from Keimyung University in Korea. Jenny also got a certification of web design by learning HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and Illustrator in SBS Design Academy.
